Steve Harrington is a fictional character from the Netflix TV show, Stranger Things. He first appears in the show's inaugural season, which premiered in 2016.
Initially portrayed as a popular, somewhat arrogant high schooler and boyfriend to Nancy Wheeler, Steve undergoes significant character development throughout the series. He evolves from a self-absorbed teenager into a more selfless and protective figure.
